with everything said and done, chris got my arse in gear to get on with it and stop being lazy, now im doing my own repairs and mods.
i hope he inspires more people like he did me.

I finally managed to sell Chris's car today. It went to a couple in the Derby area, who bought it for their son, so it passes on to another generation (the father was born a couple of years after Chris). Fortunately the son has a friend who's into electronics, and I passed on the file I had of the circuits and wiring changes made. Naturally I urged them to get their son to join ukcougar.com, and I'm hoping what Chris did to the car will inspire the new owner to carry on, possibly even being seen at ukcougar events.

Good news on the sale Tim, I hope they cherish it the way you and Chris did. Don't be a stranger though! ;)

Excellent news Tim, it would be great to see it at the shows again

As per my comments on the other thread - really pleased that you have managed to sell the Blue Light Tardis. Here's hoping we will see it again at shows in the future and being part of UKCC.

So pleased to hear this news Tim. It will be a relief to you too.

Let's hope the new owner does join the club, until you are in the club you tend not to realise all the advanatages. I have made some great friends here over the years who I would never have known without this club.
