Funeral arrangements for Chris (Warthog)

I've been discussing the funeral with the person who will be conducting the service at Chris's funeral, and taken her to the pages of tributes to Chris in the RIP Chris thread. She will be drawing on that in composing the service.

If anyone wishes to speak at Chris's funeral, or if they don't wish to speak themselves, but have their words read out, please let me know by the end of Sunday.

I expect everyone will realise why I'm restricting myself to these brief practical posts - anything else is too painful at the moment.
 
If any of my utterings are read out, I wouldn't mind at all, that is if anything is cohesive enough.. Don't let her look in 18's though, I could be in trouble with the man upstairs if she did..................:eek:
 
Same as Tim, happily print out some words that we've written if any of them you feel are fit to be read.
 
I will have to go down as a possible as have had no luck changing my shift and now have to sweet talk my line manager when he's back from a holiday on Monday as like a lot of big companies close relatives only etc.

If i can twist his arm for a few hours off being now Cougarless i will join up with you at Oakley Wood.

Regrettably Rachel has to work, but I will still be there (an advantage of being self employed). Also Matt, can I have some ribbon off you, just let me know how much, and I'll give you the money at the meeting point.
 
Yeah no worries mate, thats why I wanted to make sure I had the right amount of cars so I could measure and cut the ribbon before hand, it must be 20 or 21 now if stripes aint coming, and someone on the list is driving Chris's car too so a list of cars would be good

I am a Definite in a cougar will be taking a very steady drive down so will not be joining a convoy.
