I think it's only as difficult as you make it to 'break into a group'. I do know it can be quite daunting going to your first meet, we've all had to do it at some point. I gave a monk some severe verbal abuse at my very first show, that was pretty much the first 'live' version of richb that people saw!! But that's another story. Really, it's up to you how you play it but we are all there for the same reason, to have fun, there aren't any barriers unless you make them, even then, Alcohol is a great tool to break them down!

I'd just encourage anyone who's a bit unsure to come. I had a great time last year, went on to another meet at fast ford and have had a couple of local/regional meet-ups since then.

if there's a regional meeting going on beforehand then go along to it and you'll have the advantage of knowing a few extra friendly faces to nick some beer off when you first arrive at CF.

Well we are on the same field as last year unfortunatly, I tried my best for the one from '05 but we cannot use it.

This year we will be setting out areas for tents/cars to try and get the feel of '05 as one of the biggest mentioned things from last year is how split up we all ended.

Yes but there are some further restrictions in addition to the normal club ones for this years fest which are being finalised now to ensure we do not have any problems that they can use for a repeat of this year with trying to book.

Me and kully aren't definetly coming yet although have to agree everyone needs to be closer together. Something for daytime entertainment would be good i'm game for most things as is the other half.

i like the idea of us all in one area with the tents, but some people want quite before 12 to sleep others like us want to continue drinking, so we may find tents a little too close together....

i'm lookin forward to banging on Jo's bootie..... Easy Alan if she sleeps in her mini i'd bang on the boot at around 6am when i go for a shower....

I cannot wait, countin down the weeks...... castle combe too!!! :wink:
