That doesn't happen as once we have a proposal, that's pretty much it, we have over 400 memebers that if they all piped up with "I can't do.....", we'd never have anything. The rule simply is that it will be when it will be, if it doesn't suit an individuals situation, then sorry but tough doo doo!

As already stated, once we get that far, you'll all know. IF there should be an option of dates the it maybe put to a poll, but normally we get told from the venue when it's best for them.
 
sorry to be a pain guys:eek:ut: but am i the only one interested in knowing when .coms most important meet of 2010 is going to be:mad2: ,filling up my 2010 holiday sheets and dont want to miss cougarfest this year.:yesnod: so any idea of when in the year its going to be .:Dwould be helpfull again sorry for being a pain:nonod:

No Lucy is only there rarely Phil so trying to get hold of her ( which would be nice lol) is proving difficult I don't think many of them are there tbh this time of year except the guys looking after the lake.

Hi dude the date for cougarfest is set and the venue check the relevant threads and get your name down it is the best weekend of the year for the club social and fun wise.

There is a meet at Donnington on the 31st of this month bit of a trek for you but my first meet the week after I got my cat was in Yeovil and I lived in Birmingham lol.

Again check the regional meets threads for details, welcome to the club.

Then get yourself on the local and national meets section - big double header coming up at Castle Comb and Bath (y)
