I think they are giving a little leaway so people can get used to where the boundaries are, there will come a point where they will just say nope, pay the fine
It’s all rubbish, couple of guys on the Aston forum saying their little 1.4L Hyundai diesels trigger ulez but their v12 dbs and vantage s cars don’t lol
Good check site to use, was the only one out of 6 and that includes DVLA own site that showed my 76 Kwak as exempt!!!
