As promised, battery and door fitted, although had fun and games with the door cos they sent me a solid one so had to cut the panel out and re profile the internals so I could fit the matching panel, joys of being a composites specialist lol :LOL:

That's a 120 ah battery that I kindly 'disposed of' :)
 
Looks good TC. Now I definitely know I’ll never buy a caravan although they seem to require various different skill sets that I dabble in.
motor home, that could happen but no time soon.
 
True, but they don’t bend in the middle, well less often than a car and caravan. I’ve seen a few spread all over the M4 that’s a little off putting.
 
I was there for that one a few years ago that got scattered over the M6 Toll after it snaked when the driver out-drove the laws of physics. This one here, I believe.

Quick show of hands: After seeing this, who here would travel in a towed caravan and complain that it's illegal?
 
Had a bit of a play with some strip LED's for the awning, and sorted out fixings, cables, plugs and sockets, and a power supply socket on the van, turned out pretty good as it goes.
Lovely and bright and easy to assemble and fix in position, also can put them wherever needed on any of the poles.
Just waiting on battery isolators now so i can run the fridge in transit off the van battery as i don't have the necessary equipment installed on the jag or the cougar.

Ok so had a bit of a dry out last weekend lol due to the rain we had packing away...........

And also had to whip the bog and shower tray out as stew had accidentally flicked the shower on with his leathers lol, cue a sopping wet floor UNDER the shower tray lol bloody Burstner could have sealed it ffs lol
