Tried to correct typo after posting and it disappeared from view, tried twice more. Hence I imagine duplicated posts.

So you like a Thunderbird then. Dodge Avenger, that was a big seller over here mostly seen with a nice bold sporty stripe.
Was there a reason you missed the 1989-1997 (sorry, 1989-1993, 1994-1995 and 1996-1997) T-Birds and Cougars ?I don't have any pics of my old cars but the list is as follows.

The first time I knew I'd seen a Cougar was when I first got my '89 T-Bird and drove it around Lakenheath and Brandon (US Air Force base towns in eastern England) and stopped to look at an '87 Cougar parked on the front drive of a house; an attractive young woman leaned out of an upstairs window and called down with an American drool, "You like my car?"Yeah the mid 80s aerobird as they were called here...It later turned me on to the world of cougars with an 88...
I don't remember seeing any 2012 Dodge Avengers - that one passed me by; the 1970's Hillman/Chrysler Avenger came in bold colours like yellow and orange, there was a variant called the Tiger which was seriously quick for its time....Dodge Avenger, that was a big seller over here mostly seen with a nice bold sporty stripe.
Yeah they got bigger lol. Also the 90s introduced us to the modular V8. Hated that thing. Was there a reason you missed the 1989-1997 (sorry, 1989-1993, 1994-1995 and 1996-1997) T-Birds and Cougars ?The first time I knew I'd seen a Cougar was when I first got my '89 T-Bird and drove it around Lakenheath and Brandon (US Air Force base towns in eastern England) and stopped to look at an '87 Cougar parked on the front drive of a house; an attractive young woman leaned out of an upstairs window and called down with an American drool, "You like my car?"

They were still European scale, smaller (much) than they had been in the 1970s.Yeah they got bigger lol. Also the 90s introduced us to the modular V8. Hated that thing.

The '96-'97 Tbird (less attractive facelift) was only available with EFI V6 3.8L or V8 4.6L (modular engine);...Gimme a '97 Thunderbird Supercoupe and let me go nuts. Then we'll see what's what.
Eh. Looks like a Charger with a wisdom tooth infection.

Found the photos at long last.
This was the Mk1 Mondeo V6 Ghia we owned before the Cougar. We bought it in 2001 with the mods already done by the previous owner and kept it until 2005. The only thing we changed about it were the alloys but have no pictures of them. Being completely soppy I still miss this car and wish we hadn't parted with it. Although I don't miss avoiding speed humps
