Opinions...

I looked at some like these but only came is 5 stud - good find if they are right mate must be 4X108 as previously mentioned.

Just check the tyres arent a make called "Fullrun" - when i was looking for tyres there were all sorts of horror stories about them concerning grip or lack of.

They will look the dogs dangleys

Love the photoshop. Great choice. Would love to see some photos when you have the genuine article fitted to your car.

Well I've gone through the site, and all the info I can find about the tyres is that they are fitted with "brand name budget tyres".

I might give them a ring during the week to find out exactly what they use etc, and report back.

Andy - I was very tempted by these guys when I was sourcing my Monza Rs - 17"

The wheel/tyre package was advertised at £519 and the tyres were Mankang.

For Falken the package went up to £629.

For Toyo the package went up to £745 + nuts + delivery = £780.

I would have gone with them but Top Gear were doing a special offer on Toyo and were doing them fitted for about £60 less so I went for that.

Hope that helps mate (y)

Edit: Here is the link to the same wheel at Top Gear - more expensive on the face of it - but depends on the tyres - you might be able to play one off against the other :devilish:

Hmmm Top Gear are only down in Bridport with is like 40min drive...

Cool looks like that's made my mind up then. Ordering those wheels with a set of lowering springs as well, make the coug look a little more aggressive :)

Im getting them in 18" for £475 with tyres: http://www.madmotors.co.uk/catalog/replica-tyres-p-15237.html

They've got all sorts of different replicas and stuff.
I have emailed this Company to see if they'll offer us a club discount, so hang fire before you order anything Andy

Right guy's.
I have received a response from "Madmotors"
Basically they will offer free shipping for forum subscribers which, if I read their "Shipping & Returns" policy correctly, equates to £10,
which is better than a kick in the teeth although not a fantastic amount of discount, in Andy's case it is just over 2%.

I'm still in 'negotiation' with them so please don't jump the gun, I may be able to get a bit more, plus it needs to be put in the "Club Discounts" section,
when it's there we'll have 'lift off' hopefully within the week.

Tbh guys the price of those 18"s with tyres I bet they are hardly making anything on these they are pretty bloody cheap as it is in my opinion.

JJ

ive been looking at wheels from these guys so any discount would be great. Also the delivery on their wheels is £25 so its a bit better than 2%. I think the £10 is for lighterstuff.
