one of my fave cougars ever

Now I am biased but if looked after, I think that the Black cougar is the best of the standard colours to work with, simply because when it's cleaned and polished, you see every line of the car, the light picks them all out. If I was doing another one, which I have thought about more than once, since a copy of mine is out of the question, I would go the roush route, lower it and stick on some 18's/19's. Think Richk's in black.:wink5:

That would look awesome Rich!!(y)(y)

You would own two of the best Cougars in the club then

There are some nice ones in the club now, it's a shame that Maz's isn't doing the shows anymore, that picture of hers from Modified Mayhem 2006 is as good a picture of a frosty as you are likely to see. I even thought of phoning her to see if she's interested in selling.
It would be nice to have another one for Maria to play in. (And me to play with)

As regards the cabrio, it looks ok but is a pipe dream so strictly speaking isn't real, plus us 'oldies' saw it 5 years ago.:D:D:D

Got to be honest Rich yours is an absolute credit to you. Don't think you will find a shinier black cat anywhere.(y)

Thanks, had plenty of practise with the polish. If I could still get the bonnet, spoiler and kit, I'd do another one, it'd be awesome to drive a pair of them down to the shows. I still have people breaking their neck in the traffic on the motorway to see what mine is, then, if they get to see the front, they are rarely any wiser as to the identity. It has always turned heads from standard to modified, it's just that more clues to the true identity have disappeared along the way.

Well its 2010 a new year and a new decade so lets see what great looking cars can come out into the limelight in the next 5yrs.
I'm still looking forward to seeing Kullys Special Ops cougar...and Alex_16v's gets better everytime you see it, so who knows it could be like 2004/2005 all over again....

If I am honest, I don't agree, I was being quite polite on his thread about the car. His car was easily one of the most stylish in the club before he was forced to strip it. I Don't like what he has done to it but I will still be interested to see it 'in the flesh' to see if my opinion changes. He once referred to my spoiler as a monstrosity after seeing a picture of it on here, I wouldn't be so unkind as to say that without seeing it.

Not normally into graphics but how damn cool is this :yesnod:

Ok guys, here's what I'm going to be doing with mine this coming year (fingers crossed) and it will be on New Alloys by next month too. It's a very quick photoshop that my work mate did just to give me an idea of what it could look like (forget the front end, as that's a bit wrong)

What do you think?

I think decals like that confuse the lines of the car totally. It has such good lines on it's own why spoil it? Sorry Tim - just my thoughts!

No worries Viv, it was just something I was toying with - have definately decided against that, have some other ideas in mind now :ihih:
