Hi All

A previously posted it would handle like a barge if rwd 4wd if a whole different beastie. a few members have driven the fourby and all notice the difference in how it drives. Never had the traction control light on since conversion and only wheel spin to be had is on gravel and on purpose.
I get over to yorkshire meets frequently and I'm always available for a chat mate(y)

Where in Yorkshire? My parents live in goole which isn't far from me and i've noticed some guys meet in castleford which is only an hour down the road
How long would it take to have a 4WD system fitted?

Lets put it this way mine was off the road for 5 months:eek: but this conversion had never been done before so it was a steep learning curve for Nick (4wdcats) and myself we had several obstacles to overcome. But now we know what it entails it would take considerably less time .you would need something like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1996-FORD-MON...ewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item439e12bf0e

Doesn't matter about engine, body as long as transmission is intact. Send the donor over to us and when we've stripped the mondy we would need your cougar I would say 4-6 weeks you would get it back a whole lot different:cool:
