Looking forward to meeting you ugly lot again, been to so many fest's and put up with non stop car chat and drunkeness I have no idea why I haven't missed it since being cougar less.

Don't know know what time we will be arriving it will definitely after 4 30 mainly due to the kids lol trouble (Tina) is coming along this time.

Well that's Gem and I home after a fantastic fest with old friends and meeting some new ones too, weather was a little off yesterday but more than made up for itself today. Huge thanks to Will for hosting fest, Mo for the goat curry, nom nom nom , Dick for the Sausages and everyone else who turned up for making it a great weekend (y)
 
Had a brilliant weekend!
Sadly didn't land until 2130 on sat night so missed the goat curry:( but got straight on to the cider(y)
Today we had a brilliant drive out and lunch arranged by Wil at a local pub (the one up the road from my house:LOL:)
Great to meet friends old and new and big thanks to Wil for all his hard work and arrangement - the whole thing has been fantastic from start to finish. Sorry I had to head off early this evening but family duty called - I want a better look at that Daimler soon though:D:D
I do have loads of photos but at the moment my phone is refusing to play ball:cautious: - I'll try and get them on as soon as I can.

Roll on next year!
 
A great weekend for me, had a long week at work so was a bit tired but popped in friday for a couple of hours, had most of the day on sat and popped in again sunday late afternoon, missed the sunday lunch drive as it was a bit last min, which was a shame but the venue is spot on and Wil is a perfect host, great to see everybody, new and old friends, talking cougars never gets old, a wealth of info from all those on site, nice to pick every ones brain`s and nice to get an honest opinion, weather on the whole was quite good, the odd heavy shower on sat but the sun came out soon after, do hope this venue is used again as its in a perfect location.
 
Well me and are back home and stuff put away. Had a great weekend a big thumbs up to Will for this weekend from start to finish and my lift.

Just want to say Thank you to all that organised & turned up to this CougarFest, it was mine & JJs first time at any meet let alone our first Cougar meet.

It couldnt have been with a better bunch of people! You all made us both feel really welcome & it was great to see so many beautiful cats, its amazing how different they all look with the individual touches each of you have put into them.

Me & JJ will certinatly be at any future meets (if possible) JJ even made a little friend himself :)

Really Thank you all it was a fantastic weekend.

& to those who have not yet attended one I would highly recommend getting to the next one, you wont regret it!
 
Rach and I arrived safely home this evening at 8.30pm. We had a great weekend and as everyone has already said, Wil was the perfect host. The venue is brilliant and think it's definitely the right place for the home of 'Fest'. Scenery around Malvern is stunning and was great to go on a little excursion, even though it was just to indulge us all in taking yet more pictures of the cougs. Wil has, as I'm sure everyone will agree, a stable of cougars, that we'd all love to be able to have sat, whether they are for restoration, or become donar cars for parts very much needed.

We wanted to Thank Wil for being a fantastic host, Mo for her delicious goat curry, first time for Rach, who loved it too. Thank you to everyone old and new for making it a superb weekend. The only down side was not having some of the club members there who normally attend, you weren't there in person, but think definitely there in spirit. Pleased that TC managed to get his sunroof sorted....eventually, after several attempts, lots of fag breaks and of course the usual expletives lol!!!!!!

Unfortunately my back didn't agree with sleeping on the airbed, so was feeling it today, but didn't let it spoil it.

Ok, essay now completed...lol!!!!

Thank you to one and all. See you all again soon :)

Got home around 14:00 today after a leisurely drive up the M5/M42/M40/A421.

I just want to echo everyone else's comments about what a great 'Fest this has been. The location is absolutely perfect and the host was most gracious! It was really great to see new faces as well as familiar ones, and everyone made it a really relaxed and fun experience.

Biggest Cougar drive-out I've ever been part of too, and I got some great footage from the dashcam.

I also have 278 photos to sort through, so will get those up in the photos thread (assuming there is one) ASAP.
 
What to say.............many thanks to many people for this, Wil for hosting the event and sharing his site, collection and enthusiasm, Chris, Paul and Tim for the usual abuse/help with my sunroof lol, Mo for her usual catering expertise that is second to none on the goat curry level, and to everyone else who had an input, or just turned up and had a gas..........it was a weekend that was very much needed on my part, lots of friends, lots of food and just the right amount of banter and alcohol to fuel it into one of the best weekends for a long while :beer: loved every minute of it!!!!!
As for those who couldn't make it......i hope you enjoy the pics/vids, tho i'm afraid mine will be later in the week as i'm back in wales again this week.
Heres to the next one, cheers All :beer:
