Cougar Owner (again)

I've recently bought this, my third Cougar, after a gap of several years. The previous owner had it since 2003 and only used it as a second car but, probably because of that, its not been serviced and maintained as regularly as it should have. Its a nice original car but there are a few jobs to do, not least finding a replacement front seat, or failing that, some of the correct fabric to properly repair this hole. Does anyone have a cloth front seat or some of the fabric? Thanks

I'm pretty sure there is a cloth front seat in the stash of parts the forum holds.
Parts are available to subscribed members for a discretionary donation to forum funds plus postage if required.

I have access to a large part of the forum stash.
I will try and get to where it is tomorrow and double check what we have in the way of seats.
If you were interested in 'upgrading' to the later C2 cloth seats there should be a full set of fronts and rears available.
Whereabouts in the country are you?

I'd rather keep it original to be honest, that's why I haven't gone for the leather 'upgrade' either (which would probably be easier looking at the number of leather interior cars being broken). I'm near Peterborough Cambs' but I'll travel if necessary - within reason. Thanks again

Depending on what you decide I can probably collect the seat from Andy / Quicksilver at the next show end of March and drop it off to you/collect from me if you like

It’s a bit grubby from storage but the cloth on the seat base should be useable.
