Blingy Blingy wheels (at last)(and Pid stripes).

Done that Al - all within the parameters set out on the 'edit signture' page but when I try and upload the new sig it just keeps saying 'upload image too big' no matter what I try :(
 
Not sure if this is the pic you wanted to use Ian but i just made this and uploaded it to my sig and it worked. I've changed back to mine now obviously. Ok it's not great but i thought i'd have a go :)

Don't know what I am doing wrong then Nick. Gone into edit sig - deleted old one - put link in from downsized photobucket image but keeps saying too big. How did you do it mate?
 
Just read your previous post again mate. you don't need to use photobucket for the sig. just browse your computer for the pic and upload it from there

Not sure how to crop and resize without using photobucket but will give it a go tomorrow - thanks Nick.
 
Yes use photobucket to resize the pic then copy the resized pic to your pc then on the "change sig" page search your pc for said resized pic and upload it from there.
 
As you know, it's not my thing at all but that looks ok with the gold wheels on a green car. That may be the one and only time that you hear me saying that! lol
 
Cheers Rich - a bit like yours its a marmite car - you either love it or hate it - fortunately most people seem to like it - which is nice but would I care if they didn't - not really cos I love it (and I've sold the old wheels so can't do anything about it now :LOL:).

Not sure how it would've looked plonking gold wheels straight onto a standard greenie but having already changed all the badging and lettering to gold it fits in a lot better imo (y)
 
Liking the gold wheels....fit in nicely with the gold stripes and badges (y)

Decided in an effort to save money I'm going to have a crack at refurbing my alloys myself (and go for a gunmetal colour). To coin a phrase, how hard can it be? whistling..gif
