You lucky so and so, I really want one of these. Took one for a test drive once and never felt so instantly at home anything.
When does the modding start ;)

Haha, once the cougar is up to scratch then this is next on the list but if im honest after a remap it would take it to 210bhp and 390nm torque which im thinking is more than enough power wise, I might just look into cosmetic mods :)

that being said I have already brought the running boards for it (excuse was it will help the kids in and out )

I nearly bought one before I bought my Mk4 Mondeo. Literally was just the fuel economy that put me off. The driving position, comfort and the very trick rear seats and gadgets in the boot space are all very impressive. Unfortunately I was on a mission to economise our vehicular costs and expenditures for the business. That made the XC90 a bad choice. I will have one at some point. They're a fantastically put together car [emoji6]

To be honest, they arent as bad as they advertise, ive averaged 35.5mpg over the last 710mile, which is a mix of motorway and town driving, which i know some people will say that terrible but in cars of this size i dont think its bad for an actual mpg rather than the 'advertised' mpg.... I mean i was only averaging 40mpg in my 2.0TDCI mk3 Galaxy id happily compensatate the 5mpg to drive this....

one thing i do dislike is the tax! working out just over £25 a month! But you are right, it is put together really well, mine is 11 years old and drives perfect no bangs nothing! Plus its very hard to find one of these without full service history (they seem to be well looked after)
