Posted today on the Cougar group on Facebook. It's being sold with an astonishing £5,000 price tag. Certainly as an owners club we have to scrutinize, applaud or comment on this cat o_O

I personally find it hideous and it harms all the new edge sleekness that makes the Cougar look unique.

It looks really awkward from the points of view that are so pleasing about a standard Cougar. The bumpers and sills stick out far too much. Quite like those wheels tho.

That's the Terminator kit that Dick was going to fit to his. He's gone for the No Limits. Thankfully lol! [emoji2]

I think kits like this often help to demonstrate that the people who pen car shapes quite often know better than most others; or at least when the car is largely a styling exercise or has styling as a major part of the overall brief.

Cars like the old bubble shaped Corsas are hard to make much worse, granted.

Not many people bother to make, buy or fit kits to pretty cars because they at least realise that it's hard to improve on the original without very drastic/unfeasible changes.

Most modifications look decidedly amateur, it must be said.

Now that is pretty cool :)

Sorry to be That Guy[SUP](tm)[/SUP], but what it is, is a Photoshop. :) (Sorry - being Cpt. Obvious here...)

Apart from the copy/paste artifacts at the front and rear... what, exactly, does this thing use for propulsion?

Back on subject of the original post, I like how he shows the front end off to its best advantage - the side he's managed to smash into a curb.

And I'm glad that I wasn't the only one bothered by the lack of mesh. Dude's probably got a Canada Goose wedged in his radiators.

All that said, I'm glad that someone did it and is happy with it. I wouldn't drive it if you paid me to (and even threw in a full respray), but it was a bold move.
