buying new

I'm thinking of floggin' the cougar :cry: insurance has gone up and petrol prices are killing me (£260+pcm), so I think I need to sell it and get something a bit cheaper to run. I've been looking around for a new car - deposit monthly payments etc etc... but the thing I don't quite get is this...
